Class: NIGHTBLADE
Race: Bosmer (Wood Elf)
Nightblade Skills are special, unique skills that only the class of Nightblade can use in The Elder Scrolls Online. The Nightblade is the class of Shadow and assassination in ESO. The Assassin-like class of The Elder Scrolls Online. Characters of that class can make good Stamina & Magicka Damage Dealers as well as decent Tanks and Healers. Tanking in ESO can be done with any Race with a rather minimal difference, and it's not of 100% importance to select whatever race you want. Tank Race can be chosen based on aesthetics if that is the sort of thing you are interested in, or you would pick a Tank Race that fits in with your Tank experience and one that will. Stealth, also known as Sneak, governs your ability to escape detection by others through reducing your visibility and noisiness. It is primarily useful for evading confrontation with enemies, and for executing surprise attacks that inflict critical damage. In previous Elder Scrolls games, 'Stealth' and 'Sneak' are different.

Gear and Item Set Info
For the gear i like to use my 2 heavy as armor and pants because they are the strongest parts giving you the most armor bonus capable to any other place on the body, i also trait them with impen to protect from criticals.
the rest of the armor is all medium traited with divine increasing your mundus stone, which will be the warrior for damage upgrade.
i prefer two swords over axe and mace because you have armor debuffs and dot skills you mines well stack your damage, however i trait both with defensive trait to stay on the beefy side, dont worry your damage is going to be very high following my build to a T.
The bow i actually use penitration trait because its your initial start for damage, but mostly your buff line.
Now to the actually gear, i run 5 piece Hunding rage, and 4 piece nightmothers.
Doesn't really matter how you do this because the bonus will be the same, just be sure they are all upgraded to the same color, because even if all but one is blue, and that one green piece is there, it scales to the weakest item, so itll be like its all green.
A bonus to why i prefer dual wield over 2h because of extra set piece, blood craze i prefer over rally because it offers a heal almost as good, but a dot as well, opposed to a damage boost. Reason being we get a damage boost from ambush, even thow its only for next attack only its not a big deal because the burst is hard enough to drop most players. Also the debuff from surprise attack helps heaps.
Lastly to jewlery get 3 piece of agility or lekis.
General Info
dual wield bar offers bufff, de buffs, dot (damage over time), hot (heal over time) hard cc(character control) and good dps.
bow bar offers dot, hard cc, hard heal, hot, buffs, and resource return.
I alway run with bow up first in cyrodiil being because i want to always be sure my shuffle is active, my vigor is at the ready, you will want to hit this at the start of the battle its a hot so even if your hp is full the ability is at cast and working the second your hit.
as i run with shuffle on always, i also start off with posion enjection because its a good dot. So to start a fight probably in the situation of being jumped on your shuffle was ready, your vigor is hit and hot going as hit and they are suffering dot from posion enjection, now swap.
in the dual wield we start with ambush its a cap closer and keeps you on your enemy, also it offers 20% dmg buff for next attack, this will be followed by usually blood craze, stacking dot with posion enjection suffer two dots now and the hots stack as well, blood craze has dot and hot. and this with vigor and posion enjection is beautiful.
next we will work our surprise attack that is a hard hitting spamable dps move which graciously gives a nice 5200 debuff to enemy resistances.
say what you want i animation cancel, i hold the heavy attack button, when its fully charged right before it releases i hit surprise attack with it and throw a shield bash, this animation cancels all 3 into one and usually doing so once or twice they are ready to be toppled by killers blade which is a hard hitting exacution to low hp enemys offering a very nice instant heal because you might be fighting more then one :).
the main idea here of rotation is psn injection, ambush, blood craze, surprise attack, animation cancel (heavy attack, surprise attack, shield bash timed correctly, once or twice) followed by killers blade. Most will be dead.
mass hysteria is your hard cc to keep the pressure of you if needed or multiple attackers, draining shot is a hard cc to put your enemy down and give you a fat heal once the cc expired or they break out of it, like real fat instant heal is beautiful.
vigor is a obvious heal over time and shuffle increases our evasion giving us the better chance dodging what could make things bad for us.
siphoning strike helps keep that stam resource happy and plentyful just incase your against multiple people or a really good and strong opponent.
Eso Ambush Apply Stealth Dmg Tracker
in jumping situations from stealth, start with a charged bow attack, hit psn injection, swap, ambush, surprise, animation cancel, killer blade.
the other skills of hots, buffs, and ccs are really there for multiple attackers, stronger enemys who know what they are doing, or mistakes you may make, or recovering from being ccd. they help you stay on top and control the fight and keep resources up, they dont really fit into a damage rotation like i mention above they are there as you feel you need to use it to stay in control, evening your odds.ow
Champion Point Tips
i actually only duel in black water and delete my toons around level 50, but id suggest going with things that cut down cost of cc break, stam cost to skills, increase regen of stam, physical and spell resistances. also heal recival increases.
